ELECTRIC WET SAWS

The new range of ZAPP Titan electric cutters presents an articulated system, which enables to make friezes with predetermined depths, niches and socket holes, as well as miter cuts from 45 ° to 90 °.

Indicated for ceramics, porcelain tiles, marbles, granites and natural stones, with smooth and rough surfaces, with thicknesses of up to 2” (50 mm) for straight cuts and 1” 9/16 (40 mm) for 45 ° cuts.

  • Car with articulated system;
  • Adjustable front blade protection;
  • Cutting disk cooling system with water tank and high flow water pump;
  • Adjustable stop bar for precise cuts in right angles (90º) or diagonally (45º);
  • Lateral limiter with angle adjustment;
  • Comes with 1 Ø250mm diamond cutting blade.

The cut finish may vary according to the type of material being cut.

The Tile Clamp Kit was developed to facilitate the operation with the ZAPP TITAN and ZAPP G2 electric cutters.

Main innovations:

• Eliminates the need to use the hand to support the tile;

• Provides more freedom and safety during the cuts;

• Ensures better cutting precision;

Other characteristics:

• Can be used on the ZAPP Titan and ZAPP G2 line of cutters;

• Kit composed of 2 pieces;

• To perform 45º cuts it is necessary to remove the left side lock;
